Hi, I’m Jamie!
My foster family says that I’m playful, intelligent, and curious! I love to explore everything that life has to offer, sniffing all the smells and meeting new friends along the way!
I can be shy when meeting new people, but once I warm up a bit, I’m all in for pets and snuggles. I get along with everyone I meet, and I would do great in a forever family where I had siblings, human or canine! I’d also be happy as an only child! I even recently spent time around several cats and did well, even relaxing near one and only showing friendly curiosity toward another, so I may be able to live with feline friends with proper introductions.
One of my favorite things to do is play! I have two doggy foster siblings, and I love to run and wrestle with them, and with everyone else I meet at the dog park! I’m also a huge fan of toys and treat puzzles. I’m a smart cookie, and I love a snack! I also really enjoy going walks, hikes, and other adventures! I’m pretty good on leash, and I’m calm with the big noises of the city. At the end of the day though, my ultimate favorite thing to do is snuggle my humans! If you’re looking for a couch cuddle bug, I’m your guy!
For being a puppy, I’m very well-behaved. I’m potty trained, I do a great job staying in my crate overnight and when my humans have to go out for a bit, and I already know a few commands! I’m a champion at ‘sit’, and I’m working on ‘leave it’ and ‘come’ too! My foster family says that I’m very trainable, and easy to re-direct if I ever get into something I shouldn't. They think that I’m well on my way to growing into the most perfectly behaved little gentleman.
I would do great in pretty much any family, in any setting. Mostly, I just want to be part of a pack who loves me lots!
