Hi, I'm Gidget! 

My foster family describes me as playful, friendly, and confident!

Even though I’m a puppy, I’m already potty trained and crate trained, and I’m great at walking on leash! Pretty impressive, right?  I also love snacks and treats, and I’m super food motivated, which means that I’m an easy pup to train! I already know how to sit, and I’d love to keep learning more tricks with my new family too! 

I’m a perfect mix of ‘life of the party’ and ‘lets chill’.  When I first come out of my crate after a nap, I’m raring to go! I love to greet my humans with my special jumping bean routine, and then run around and play with my toys! My foster family says I’m great at entertaining myself, and if everyone in the house is working, I’m content to play with my toys by myself.  Once I’ve played for a while, I like to settle down and nap.  I’m a champion napper, and am great at finding all the coziest spots!

My favorite cozy spot is in a human’s lap.  If lap-dog was a word in the dictionary, my picture would be on the page.  I want to be sitting on or next to someone 100% of the time.  I also love being carried! Really, anyway I can get as close as is physically possible to my humans, I’m happy.  If you’re looking for a snugglebug, I think we should probably meet.  

Because I’m a pretty little lady, everyone is always surprised by how confident and outgoing I am.  I have no fear! If there is a new friend to be made, I’m on it! I love to play with my doggy foster siblings, and to wag hello to everybody I meet (canine and human) when I’m out on a walk.  Speaking of outdoor adventures, I also love playing in the yard, and riding in the car! I’m up for pretty much whatever you want to do.  Count me in for a good time!
