Forever true to "the Underdog"
Hi, I'm Gerdi! Even though I’m a little older, I’ve got a playful, vibrant spirit that keeps everyone smiling. I love exploring and sniffing out new adventures, and my tail is always wagging when I'm around my people. I’m a sweet, gentle, and friendly companion who adores cuddling and relaxing during quiet evenings. I get along great with other dogs — I did just fine with the other shelter pups — and my good manners make me a wonderful playmate.
I recently got to go on a Doggie Day Out, and the volunteer who took me said I’m a total love bug! They called me calm, sweet, friendly, and a big hit everywhere we went. I loved meeting new people at multiple businesses, and I may even be potty trained! Oh, and if you love the outdoors, you should know — I’m a lake dog at heart and was ready to jump right in! Everyone I met said I was a sweetheart, and I can't wait to bring that same joy and love to my forever family.
The nice folks at RDR will update my profile when they learn more about me. I cannot wait to find a forever home where I can share all the love I've got to give.
