Hi, I’m Ember! I’m a sweet, affectionate pup who’s always ready for fun and snuggles. My foster parents say I'm the perfect puppy because I'm so easy! I'm crate trained, potty trained, smart and trainable, and love every dog and person I meet! I'm affectionate and cuddly, and also independent and relaxed. I love nothing more than to cuddle on the couch or follow you around the house, but will also happily relax and nap if you need to work or go to the office. I'm also very smart and have picked up on a lot of training quickly - I already know "sit" and "crate" and I'm picking up "come" and "down" quickly! I'm also pretty good on leash, as long as it's ok to explore some sniffs, watch people as they pass by, and say hello to my neighborhood friends!
I love spending time with my people, whether we’re playing with toys, going for a walk, or just cuddling up on the couch to watch TV. And did I mention I also love kids! I can sometimes get excited and want to give extra kisses and hugs if I'm allowed, and I'm working on my manners and always try to be gentle when asking for attention! I get along great with other dogs and love to play. I share toys nicely and am learning good play habits at the dog park too!
I’ve got the perfect balance of playful, puppy energy and chill vibes. I love activities like walks, hikes, playing with toys, and playing at the park, but I’m also happy to hang out and relax at home. I've never met a toy I didn't like and will happily occupy myself with my favorite toy - I like chewy ones, fluffy ones, squeaky ones, you name it! Once I know that it's time to relax, I will curl up on the couch or lay at your feet while you work. I'm also good in an apartment since I'm easy going, medium energy, and pretty quiet (other than when I make cute noises while playing with toys!). If you need to go into the office or run some errands, I'll happily nap in my crate while you're away and greet you with full body wiggles when you return! I’ll even melt right into your feet or the ground if you give me some belly rubs—those are my favorite!
