Forever true to "the Underdog"
Hi, I’m Buddy! I’m basically a big bundle of energy, curiosity, and fun. Life is one big adventure to me, and I love exploring, playing, and making new friends wherever I go. You’ll usually find me trotting around with a goofy grin on my face, ready to see what exciting thing might happen next.
I’m a super friendly guy who loves running up to people and other dogs to say hello — I truly just want to be friends with everyone I meet. I’ve been told my happy personality is pretty contagious, and I’m always excited to be part of whatever is going on. Whether it’s going for walks, playing outside, or simply hanging out together, I’m happiest when I’m with my people.
I also do well with other dogs and enjoy having canine friends around to romp and play with. Even though I’m full of energy and enthusiasm, I’m also a really sweet and loving pup at heart. I rarely bark and generally respond well to direction, especially as I continue learning the ropes of home life.
I’m an active dog who would love a family that enjoys getting outside and doing fun things together. Walks, adventures, and playtime are some of my favorite things, and after a fun-filled day I’m happy to settle in and soak up attention from my people. I’ve also started getting comfortable with my crate and have been learning to see it as my own cozy little space. I sleep through the night nicely and have been doing really well with a routine.
Like many young dogs, I’m still working on my potty training, so I’ll need a family that can be patient and help me continue learning good habits. I’m a smart boy with a loving heart, and with consistency I know I’ll keep improving.
I’ve been described as sweet, playful, affectionate, and full of life — and I’m ready to bring all that happiness into a home of my own. If you’re looking for a fun-loving companion who will keep you smiling, I might just be your guy.
