Hi, I'm Ace! If you're looking for a couch potato, I'm your guy. I love lounging next to you while you work or curling up under your desk. I enjoy short bursts of playtime followed by a nice, long nap. The heat isn't my favorite, and long walks tend to tire me out. I have a medium energy level and a gentle, friendly demeanor. I'm both playful and mellow, enjoying activities like car rides, short walks, fetch, and zoomies.
I'm still learning basic commands and mostly housetrained with an occasional accident. I'm crate trained and generally quiet, rarely barking. On walks, I might pull on the leash and get distracted by bikes/skateboards or small animals, but I love meeting new people. I do need to work on some things, like mouthiness and chewing on furniture.
I get along well with everyone, including all kids and other dogs, but I'm not a fan of cats. My social skills are great, and I enjoy playing with other dogs.
I shed somewhat and need a little grooming, but regular brushing helps keep it under control. I'm looking for a forever home where I can relax, play, and be loved!
