Forever true to "the Underdog"
Hi, I'm Roscoe! I initially was a very fearful pup when I came into the rescue, but I've made a complete 180 degree change. I'm now confident, and love attention, especially from people! The nice folks at RDR will update my profile when they learn more about me. I can't wait to find my forever home where I can share all the love I've got to give.
